Campaign: Sylvan Lead Generation Letter

Goals
:
This effort was designed to target a select group of educational decision-makers who had recently received a specific type of funding that could be used to fund a Sylvan program. The letter was combined with phone calls to recipients from an inside sales force.

Outcome
:
The campaign produced over 25 qualified leads – out of a pool of fewer than 150 targets – in less than one week. Response to the campaign – which is not typical for marketing of educational services – was overwhelmingly positive and led to a fundamental change in philosophy for generating new business.
